Prescription refills are only offered for Optimal Care and Wellness current and active patients. You should have been seen by your medical provider in the last 6 months in order to request a prescription refill.
Optimal Care and Wellness does not offer chronic narcotic pain management.
Please allow 3-5 business days to refill your prescription. Requests received after hours and on weekends/holidays will be addressed the next business day.

Ask your pharmacy to send Optimal Care and Wellness request for prescription refill.
Call office at 928-257-1223 to request refill. Be prepared to provide first and last name, date of birth, name of medication, and name of pharmacy.
