Yesenia Gianaros is a Family Nurse Practitioner, nationally certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She began her nursing career in 2011 as a Registered Nurse. Yesenia completed her Bachelors degree in Nursing at Grand Canyon University in 2012, followed by her Masters degree in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner from Grand Canyon University in 2018, graduating with summa cum laude honors.
Yesenia began her career at Yuma Regional Medical Center in 2011. During her time at YRMC she worked in various departments: Medical Surgical Unit, Rapid Admissions Unit, Surgical Department, Emergency Department, Outpatient Family Medicine Center clinic and Transitional Care Services. She later served the Yuma county area through Adobe Population Health conducting In Home-Risk Assessments and Well-Child Exams. Yesenia's expertise in healthcare is extensive and has given her valuable insight into different aspects of patients' health journeys. Her diligence and tenacity has led to life saving discoveries of life-threatening diagnoses.
She continues the pursuit of knowledge to stay up to date with health care innovations and provide exceptional care to her patients.
Yesenia's humble demeanor allows patients to comfortably communicate their concerns and questions. Her ability to listen and empathize allows her to easily establish trust and rapport with patients.
Yesenia was raised in Yuma AZ. She is married and has two beautiful children. On her free time, Yesenia enjoys baking, running, swimming, spending time with family, the beach, and traveling altogether.
April Hann is a Family Nurse Practitioner, nationally certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. April has been a part of the medical community since 2005. She started her career working as a Registered Nurse at Yuma Regional Medical Center on the Cardiac Telemetry Unit. In 2011, she received her Masters of Science in Nursing- Family Nurse Practitioner. She received the Graduate Nurse Practitioner Award for Excellence in Primary Care Family Nurse Practitioner from the College of Health and Human Services School of Nursing, George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. She has been working in the Yuma Community as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2013.
April is a volunteer and head of the Yuma District OCJ Kids since 2014. This program helps provide needed resources to Department of Child Safety for children in the foster care system.
April is a beloved medical provider who is appreciated for her passion for quality care with a personalized touch. April takes time with each patient to listen to their concerns and formulate a plan together.
April is married and has two grown boys and one grandson. April loves spending time with her family. She enjoys flying with her husband, scuba diving, taking photos, and traveling.
